This magnificent restored wooden chalet with its decorative balustrade and original shutters is over 130 years old.
Perched on the side of the mountain and built into the rock it commands an enviable position with 360 degree uninterrupted panoramic views of the majestic Dents du Midi mountains, the Rhone Valley, yet within five minutes walk of the centre of the village of Val d'Illiez linking with Champery and the Portes du Soleil.

Terraced gardens and loggias provide an oasis for al frescoe dining and sunbathing.
